At Buy Dry Sift Harsh EU , we know how important it is for you to receive your orders quickly, discreetly and efficiently. For this reason, we work with different shipping companies with the sole objective of being able to offer a shipping service that is competent and adapts to the different needs of each person, guaranteeing that you enjoy our high quality hemp products in the shortest possible time.
Orders are shipped discreetly, packed in a plastic bag provided by the carrier. The shipping label does not include any reference to Buy Dry Sift Harsh or the contents of the package, thus guaranteeing the customer’s privacy. If you need details about your order, please contact us and we will inform you.
Orders are shipped discreetly. Products are packed in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure protection during transport. This box is covered with a plastic bag from the shipping company. Buy Dry Sift Harsh name does not appear on the shipping label.
Shipping costs, payment methods and service
We offer free shipping for all our orders from 25€ in Spain and Portugal, and from 60€ in the rest of Europe. For orders below these amounts, shipping costs are calculated as follows: 4,92€ + VAT for deliveries in Spain (5,95€ with VAT) and Portugal Germany For other European countries, a shipping fee of 8,10€ + VAT applies.
Orders placed by bank transfer will be shipped upon confirmation of receipt of payment.
orders must be paid with the exact amount at the time of delivery. Please note that if the exact cash amount is not available, the package cannot be delivered. In addition, the cash on delivery payment method is only available in Spain and Portugal.
Each shipment includes one delivery attempt. If delivery is not possible on this attempt and the carrier offers the service, the package will be deposited at a service point for the customer to pick up. If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to our warehouse. If a new shipment is requested, the costs will be borne by the customer. In addition, shipments delivered to an address other than the one initially provided or to incorrect addresses will have an additional cost of 5€.

Shipments to Spain and Portugal Germany
In Buy Dry Sift Harsh we offer fast shipping in 24/48 hours within the peninsula (Monday to Friday, not holidays). All orders are shipped express, but from experience, we have found that some deliveries may be delayed, especially in isolated areas, so we establish a margin of 48 hours.
No shipments or deliveries are made on weekends.
- If you place your order from Monday to Thursday before 3 PM, you will probably receive it the next day (24/48h).
- Orders placed on Friday before 3 PM → Delivery usually on Monday (24/48h)
- Orders from Saturday and Sunday → Shipped on Monday, delivery within the following 24/48 hours.
- For deliveries to the Balearic Islands and rural areas far from the service points of the transport company, the delivery time is 48-72 business hours.
Shipments to Europe
For international shipments, delivery times in most European countries range from 24 to 72 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- France: Delivery in 24-48 hours.
- Germany and the Netherlands: Delivery in 24-48 hours.
- Czech Republic, Croatia and Greece: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 days.

During periods such as sales, Easter, Black Friday and Christmas, shipping times can be affected by high demand and holidays.
Home delivery and delivery points
Delivery options include point of delivery or home delivery. For reasons external to Buy Dry Sift Harsh , it may happen that some service points are not available at the time of shipment. In that case, the pick-up point will be changed to a closer one and the customer will be notified of the change.
